2024 UPDATES
Hello All!
Happy Spring 2024! I hope everyone is enjoying the warmer weather we are finally having. As we head into busy season let me update you on some things! To begin, I will reiterate my cancellation/no show policies. I understand that things come up but I must also protect my business. The policies are as follows:
Cancellation Policy ~ Kindly cancel your appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. Keratin Treatments must have 5 days notice for cancellations. Multiple (2 or more) cancellations in a row will require in a 50% non-refundable deposit in the future.
No-Show/Last-Minute Cancellation Policy ~ Appointments canceled or no-showed within 72 hours or less, with or without a call/text will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment's total which must be paid before the end of business day. No future appointments may be booked before this fee is paid. Any fees not paid will result in all future appointments canceled.
Please reach out with any questions or if there are special circumstances surrounding the cancellation/no show. I try to be reasonable and I appreciate everyone's understanding in this. Now on to other news:
- I am out of the studio the following dates:
4/17 - 4/22, 6/27 - 6/30, 7/25 - 8/11
- I am in the process of creating a referral program! I will keep everyone updated once I finalize it.
- Suzanne and I offer a variety of drinks and some snacks in our studio. Please do not be shy to ask for something or help yourself. We want you to have beautiful hair but not with a thirsty or empty stomach!
